Job summary

SAIC seeks an Intermediate Director's Action Group (DAG) Action Officer to support our customer’s Action Officer Functions at the Division level in Chantilly, VA. You will direct tasking, track actions, and close items while ensuring timely metrics and reports for leadership.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a technical or business degree, and substantial experience in government or IC/DoD environments. You will interact with multiple stakeholders to maintain accountability and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Experience working in high-visibility customer offices.
• Action officer experience within the intel community.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks.

SAIC is seeking an Intermediate Director's Action Group (DAG) Action Officer to support our customer's Action Officer Functions at the Division-level. The position is located in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks. You will manage the action tracking system and ensure the customer’s group is responsive to daily action items as well as monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines, prepare periodic reports on action status, and keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions. If you can establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other stakeholders of the offices both internally and externally, then this is the role for you!

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business related discipline and a minimum of 6 years within Government or 3 years within intelligence Community or Department of Defense; or an Associates degree with 5 years direct experience within the NRO customer organization; or an Associates degree with 8 years of experience within IC or DoD. Extra years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
