Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Director of Zero Trust & Data Security to define and lead enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of Zero Trust architectures and data protection programs.

You will oversee Data Security, SASE security, and Zero Trust Governance, partnering with security architecture, engineering, and business leadership to enable secure digital operations and scalable controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading enterprise security programs or large security engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust architecture, data security and cloud security.
• Experience implementing SASE / SSE platforms and web security architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data protection technologies (DLP, classification, encryption).
• Experience governing security programs in large global enterprises.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership and boards.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CCSP.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Zero Trust strategy and roadmap aligned with business transformation.
• Drive adoption of modern security architectures including SASE, SSE and data-centric security models.
• Oversee Enterprise Data Security, DLP strategy and governance across the organization.
• Lead governance of security programs in collaboration with engineering, infrastructure and applications teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional security initiatives and report to senior leadership and boards.
