Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Zero Trust & Data Security to define and drive enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of the organization’s security architecture. This leader will oversee data protection, network, identity, and cloud security programs across the company.

The role partners with security architecture, engineering, and business leadership to implement scalable controls, develop governance models, and enable secure digital operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust architectures and data protection.
• Experience guiding large enterprise security programs.
• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications preferred.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Zero Trust strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee Data Security, DLP, and data protection initiatives.
• Govern SASE security engineering and operations.
• Establish scalable governance and operating models.
• Coordinate with security, infra, and product teams.
