Job summary

Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC is seeking a Director of Case Management for Crestview Youth Academy in Crestview, FL. The role oversees admissions, dispositions, transportation, and family visits while ensuring records meet all requirements.

The director will supervise case managers, coordinate with courts and referring agencies, and maintain an active caseload as needed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Require an Associate degree (or higher) in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education or related field preferred.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, documentation, and records-management abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with youth, families, courts, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, mentor, and support all case management staff.
• Assign and monitor caseloads while maintaining an assigned caseload as needed.
• Assess newly admitted youth by reviewing records and interviewing youth and families.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transportation, and transition planning with case managers.
• Coordinate case management activities with courts, referring agencies, families, and outside partners.
• Ensure documentation meets court, agency, contractual, and Youth Opportunity guidelines.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and multidisciplinary treatment team.
