Qualifications

• Master's degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to workforce development projects ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables and managed growth.
• Oversee financial health, staffing, scopes of work, timelines and budgets across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with leadership to align management standards, knowledge management, research, and best practices.
• Identify workforce trends and position for federal, state, tribal, local, corporate, and foundation investments.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and learning within teams and with stakeholders.
• Support capacity building and alignment with IWL's strategic goals and projects.
• Develop process improvements and staff training to ensure compliance.
• Lead business development and proposal design for growth of the portfolio.
