Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive leadership experience in workforce development.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs with varied funding sources.
• Strong knowledge of workforce systems including Job Corps and WIOA.

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership and executive oversight of workforce development programs.
• Drive participant outcome performance across all programs.
• Oversee operational, financial, and risk management functions across programs.
