Reporting to a senior sales executive, the role oversees a ~$150M portfolio, guides six direct reports, and partners with Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain to deliver strategic outcomes and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales or related commercial roles.
• Experience leading large, complex businesses and high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage customers, distributors, brokers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategies across wholesale, distributor, and broker channels.
• Develop growth plans to optimize profitability and distribution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Finance, Category Management and Supply Chain.
• Provide data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI and marketplace data.
