Job summary

Hunter Crown, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our water and wastewater projects in the South Central United States. The role requires building capability across project delivery, field operations, procurement, logistics, and safety under a unified operational strategy.

The successful candidate will mentor managers, improve organizational performance, and drive accountability and continuous improvement while balancing strategic priorities with practical execution.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive professional experience; leadership experience
Water and wastewater industry experience preferred
Experience leading managers and multiple projects

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for project delivery, field operations, procurement and supply chain
Drive scheduling discipline, cost control, inventory accuracy and risk management
Develop and mentor managers, establish performance standards and accountability
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality across projects
Collaborate with commercial, engineering and finance to translate strategic priorities into execution plans
Build scalable processes and supply chain capabilities to improve predictability
