Job summary

WSB is seeking a Director, Water/Wastewater to provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, foster client relationships, and drive delivery excellence across pipelines, treatment facilities, and environmental permitting.

You will translate growth strategies into actionable plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with municipal clients and regulatory agencies to ensure safety,

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field; PE licensure preferred.
• 10–15+ years in civil engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer; ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
