Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Senior Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s for Ohio’s non-metro Walks. Based in Columbus, this role leads a team of staff and volunteers to achieve revenue goals across ~20 events, guiding staff development, partnerships, and peer‑to‑peer fundraising.

You will recruit and coach fundraising staff, build corporate and community relationships, manage budgets, and travel as needed to oversee events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales/business or related field.
• Proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or leading a sales-target team.
• Experience with mass market events, especially Walk is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s events across 20 non-metro walks in Ohio.
• Coach and develop staff and volunteers to meet revenue goals.
• Build corporate and community partnerships and manage event budgets.
