• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 12 years’ manufacturing experience in a highly regulated environment.
• 10 years of direct people management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cGMPs and lean improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, influencing skills and strategic leadership.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end value stream improvements to improve safety, quality, and production cost.
• Lead commercialization programs and ensure readiness of end-to-end supply chain for launches.
• Develop manufacturing strategies to optimize margins across the product family.
• Build and lead a high-performing, agile team with workforce planning.
• Partner with finance to manage annual department budget and profitability.
• Travel up to 10-20% domestically and internationally.
