Becton Dickinson is seeking a senior Operations leader to own the product value stream across new and existing products. You will collaborate with Global ISC Strategy, BU Supply Chain, and manufacturing leaders to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, improve lead times, and drive business performance.

You will model demand, establish capacity plans, and select manufacturing technology while aligning with sustainability goals. Travel up to 40% across global manufacturing footprints is required.

Formación

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Operations or Sustaining Engineering.
• Experience on a management team at a manufacturing plant is highly preferred.
• Understand business requirements and strategy (financial, service level, new product).
• Knowledge of the interrelationship between Manufacturing Operations, R&D, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of the product value stream to maximize customer value and deliver business objectives.
• Model demand evolution over time and co-develop a fit-for-purpose end-to-end supply chain network (source, make, deliver).
• Determine manufacturing technology, automation level, distribution strategy and long-term capacity plans.
• Define replenishment model with customer lead times and inventory strategy.
• Ensure design for manufacturing standards are implemented during development.
• Accountable for project milestones and ISC objectives for new product launches.
• Drive sustainability programs and CO2 emissions per product line with global teams.
• For current products, drive end-to-end value stream improvements with Plants, BU Supply Chain and Regional teams.
