Job summary

CVS Health, including Aetna, seeks a senior VBC strategy professional to drive enterprise value-based care initiatives across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. You will lead content strategy, coordinate with analytics, finance, and sales teams, and develop compelling client-facing materials.

You will translate complex healthcare concepts into clear narratives for executives, advocates, and partners, helping to shape market messaging and future opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting or related field.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care, population health, or healthcare transformation.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations and strategic communications.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, and success stories across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations teams to quantify VBC impact.
• Lead VBC content strategy and positioning for sales, engagements, and RFPs.
• Create and maintain VBC value story content for executive presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and tailor for stakeholders.
• Advance VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, and webinars.
