Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Director of UX Strategy to define, advance, and govern the end-to-end client experience strategy. You will translate client insight into prioritized initiatives and lead teams delivering measurable, high-quality experiences.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to align investments with client needs and long-term product strategy, building strong, high-performing UX teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in UX, product design, experience strategy, product management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of people leadership leading multidisciplinary UX, research, content, or design teams.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-scale experience strategies across complex products or journeys.
• Strong knowledge of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, accessibility, analytics, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year UX strategy, vision, principles, and roadmap for two client personas.
• Lead and develop UX teams, clarifying priorities, standards, and career growth.
• Translate client needs into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for usability, accessibility, and design-system adoption.
• Communicate strategy and findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
