Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of UX Strategy to define and govern the end-to-end experience strategy for the Client Experience. You will translate client insight into prioritized initiatives and lead teams delivering high-quality, measurable experiences.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to align experience investments with client needs, business priorities, and long-term product strategy, building strong UX organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of UX, product design, or experience strategy.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multidisciplinary UX teams.
• Enterprise-scale UX strategy experience across complex products.
• Strong UX research, IA, accessibility, analytics, and design systems.
• Proven ability to tie improvements to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year UX strategy, experience vision, principles, and roadmap for two client personas.
• Lead and develop the UX teams supporting these personas, establishing priorities and growth.
• Build understanding of client needs through research, analytics, and feedback.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate strategy into roadmaps and investments.
• Advocate for client-centered prioritization and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for UX quality, usability, accessibility, and design-system adoption.
• Define and monitor experience measures and executive-level communications.
