You will drive supplier relationships, risk management, and contract strategy while ensuring governance and value across complex capital projects. The role supports cross-functional teams, emphasizes leadership, and may be performed remotely with preference for candidates near Boise, ID; Phoenix, AZ; Albany, NY;

Formación

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, construction management, business or engineering.
• Experience leading procurement for large-scale semiconductor or industrial programs.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement and supplier risk.
• Strong negotiation, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement strategy across US semiconductor programs including construction, indirect, and services.
• Manage prequalification, tendering, bidding, supplier selection and onboarding.
• Negotiate terms, manage risk, and protect project objectives on cost and schedule.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, PM and clients to align procurement with budgets and milestones.
