Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to support our Semiconductor sector in the US. The Project Manager plans and organizes all architectural and engineering functions specific to each project, coordinates and manages interaction between project teams and clients and change control and monitors project design.

Providing guidance on technical resource loading for projects in semiconductor, advanced technology, research & development, specialty chemical or other similar industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Engineering Management or equivalent with 10+ years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, financial and legal documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule and budgets for architecture/engineering projects.
• Coordinate design teams and client interactions; oversee change control.
• Develop and manage project execution plans and resource loading.
• Proactively report project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor and supervise junior project managers as needed.
