Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Director of Procurement, US Semiconductor, to lead procurement strategy and execution across major semiconductor programs in the United States. You will manage construction, indirect, and services procurement for complex capital projects, coordinating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and supply chain resilience.

Remote work is possible, with preference for candidates near Boise, ID; Phoenix, AZ; Albany, NY; or Hillsboro, OR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12–15 years of experience
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or MBA are preferred
• Proven leadership in semiconductor/advanced technology or large-scale construction environments
• Experience procuring construction services, indirect categories, professional services, and subcontracted support services
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement risk management

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and execution across US semiconductor and advanced technology programs
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction, professional services, and indirect categories
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including tendering, negotiation, and onboarding
• Collaborate with project and client stakeholders to align procurement with budget and schedule
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize value while protecting project objectives
• Identify long-lead and capacity-constrained service packages for major capital projects
• Support contract terms, governance, and change management in procurement
• Build strong supplier relationships to improve visibility, performance, and continuity
