Worley is seeking a Senior Director, Project Delivery for the US, based in Houston. The role strengthens end-to-end project delivery by partnering with US leaders, translating FY2027 priorities into execution, and deploying best practices with a focus on governance, quality, and data-centric tools.

The role reports to the SVP, US, with dotted-line to Americas VP. It emphasizes leadership across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain and Project Controls to ensure successful, high-value projects

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Post-graduate business qualification is preferred.
• Significant leadership experience delivering large, complex EPC/EPCm projects from concept through commissioning, including at least one major or mega-project environment.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gated, end-to-end project delivery; estimating; engineering, procurement and construction sequencing; project controls; earned value; risk; change; quality; and commercial management.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy delivery improvement initiatives, integrated digital tools, automation and data-centric execution practices.
• Experience influencing outcomes across a matrix organization without relying on direct-line authority.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with US Operational leaders to understand portfolio and project needs, remove delivery barriers and provide practical Project Delivery support.
• Promote customer-focused outcomes by reinforcing predictable delivery, early escalation, “no surprises” behaviors and assurance of quality project outcomes.
• Support pre-award proposal development, differentiated delivery strategies, project initiation and mobilization for strategically important opportunities.
• Translate Americas Project Delivery FY2027 goals, Global Functional requirements and agreed best practices into actionable US deployment plans.
• Work across all Project Delivery Functions, including Project Leadership, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Project Controls, Quality and related disciplines, without duplicating functional accountabilities.
• Create consistent adoption of integrated, end-to-end, data-centric EPC/EPCm work processes, tools, standards and training across selected US locations and projects.
