Job summary

Worley in the USA, Houston, is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end performance and translate business priorities into strategy and execution across procurement, contracting, expediting, supplier quality, logistics and materials management.

You will partner with US Operations, project teams, Americas and Global Supply Chain to build capability, protect customer outcomes and drive value for major projects through disciplined governance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Typically 20+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, contracts and EPC/EPCm project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across a matrix organization without relying solely on direct-line authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape practical supply chain solutions from pursuit through closeout to maintain predictable customer outcomes.
• Own and deploy the US end-to-end Supply Chain strategy, aligned with US Operations and Global standards, with governance and performance expectations.
• Provide functional oversight across procurement, subcontracts, supplier quality, expediting, logistics, materials management and closeout.
• Champion disciplined sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, award, post-award administration and contract closeout.
• Identify long-lead items, market constraints and risks early to protect cost and schedule.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

Postgraduate study or relevant professional certification preferred
