Worley is seeking a US Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end performance, aligning priorities with US Operations, Americas and Global Supply Chain. The role partners with project teams to ensure customer outcomes and manage procurement, contracting, expediting and logistics.

The role requires extensive experience in capital project procurement, supplier management and AI-enabled improvements. A senior leadership mindset and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Typically 20+ years of progressive supply chain and EPC/EPCm project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US Supply Chain performance aligning with priorities across procurement, contracting, expediting, supplier quality, logistics and materials management.
• Own and deploy the US end-to-end Supply Chain strategy with governance and performance expectations.
• Provide functional oversight across procurement, subcontracts, supplier quality and expediting.
