Job summary

Celldex seeks a US HEOR Senior Director to lead health economics and outcomes research, demonstrating product value to support market access.

You will develop US payer-facing deliverables, build external HEOR research partnerships, inform evidence strategies, and guide enterprise initiatives addressing access and reimbursement, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Field Medical, and external stakeholders. Travel 30-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, SciD or MD required.
• 10+ years in biopharma HEOR, market access, or outcomes research.
• Deep expertise in managed care, formulary decision-making, HTA trends, and pharmacoeconomics.
• Proven record of independent research and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication skills.
