Dentsu in Chicago, part of the Iprospect brand, seeks a Senior Director of Unified Investment to lead integrated media investment strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Retail Media. You will guide allocation, prioritize investments, and translate performance insights into actionable client recommendations to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in media investment, media planning, or performance marketing.
• 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong expertise across digital media channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Retail Media.
• Experience developing cross-channel investment strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and influence stakeholder decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and insights to inform media recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for media innovation, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behavior.
