Modivcare is seeking a Senior Director of Transportation Operations to lead the financial and operational performance of assigned markets, owning P&L, client relationships, and network optimization. The rolerequires strategic leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive profitability across complex transportation networks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare operations, transportation, NEMT, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership, including leading leaders and complex teams.
• Strong P&L, forecasting, unit economics, and financial translation of ops performance.
• Deep understanding of NEMT, healthcare operations, Medicaid/managed care, provider networks, and regulatory environments.
• Strong contractual acumen: SOWs, pricing, SLAs, audits, and compliance.

• Owns market P&L and financial performance; monitors revenue, margin, and costs; drives profitability.
• Manages contractual/operational performance across transportation services and provider network.
• Directs provider capacity, mode mix, network readiness, compliance, and service reliability.
• Represents Modivcare with state agencies, regulators, clients, providers, and external stakeholders.
• Leads market performance reviews, risk identification, and remediation planning.
• Identifies pricing and cost risks; partners to improve market economics through repricing and optimization.
• Supports RFPs, contracts, amendments, and negotiations; drives growth opportunities.
• Leads market implementation and handoffs ensuring continuity of client relationships.
