Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Transportation Operations to oversee the financial and operational performance of a market portfolio. You will drive profitability, service reliability, and client satisfaction by translating enterprise strategy into execution, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transportation operations.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare/transportation operations, 7+ years in leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, transportation, NEMT, managed care, logistics, or a related complex service environment.
• Seven (7) plus years of progressive leadership experience, including experience leading leaders and complex or distributed teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, unit economics, cost management, and translating operational performance into financial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of NEMT, healthcare operations, Medicaid/managed care, provider networks, and complex regulatory and contractual environments.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with the credibility to represent Modivcare with clients and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Owns market P&L and financial performance; supervise revenue, margin, operating expenses, unit cost, utilization, membership, trip volume, AR.
• Directs provider capacity, performance, mode mix, rates, network development, readiness, compliance, and service reliability.
• Lead market leadership teams with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Lead organizational and change-management efforts to improve performance and execution.
• Support RFPs, contract negotiations, amendments, renewals, and growth opportunities with market insight.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field

Master's degree preferred
