Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7+ years’ experience in Power Transmission design with prior supervisor experience.
• PE Licensure.
• Experience leading an engineering team with resource management.
• Ability to travel to various locations and work sites to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the Transmission Line design staff.
• Manage resource balancing and forecasting across clients and projects.
• Mentor and develop supervisory staff and engineers.
• Provide guidance for professional communication with stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies, quality, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop new client opportunities and capture market share.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new ones.
