Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Sr. Director, Therapeutic Area Insights – Neuro & Other Rare (Commercial Effectiveness) to lead forecasting, insights, and analytics for a diverse portfolio including gene therapies across DMD, ALS, and Stargardt.

You will advise TA leadership and GPTs to shape strategies, develop revenue forecasts, manage external vendors, and lead long-range models while building a high-performing TA insights team coordinating across EMEA/Japan; hybrid role based in Bridgewater,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic consulting, market research, or business development in biopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of forecasting, insights, and analytics for a therapeutic area portfolio across DMD, ALS, and Stargardt Disease.
• Advise TA leadership and GPTs to shape program strategies, develop revenue forecasts, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Identify key business questions; design and execute research plans; run end-to-end research projects and communicate findings.
• Select and manage external vendors including scoping, RFPs, methodology approval, and budget oversight.
• Lead long-range forecasting (demand/sales driver models, scenarios/sensitivities, critical assumptions).
• Translate complex data into strategic narratives; build and mentor a high-performing team; coordinate TA insights across EMEA and Japan.
