Job summary

Spectrum in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead enterprise cost analysis, financial operations, and vendor contract governance. You will drive cost management across internet network and voice services, oversee TEOCO platform, and partner with Legal, Procurement and IT to optimize spend and ensure controls.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage monthly close processes, support budgeting and long-range planning, and advance automation and analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• 7+ years of management experience
• Ability to lead complex cost management programs across telecom and enterprise networks
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise cost analysis and financial operations.
• Oversee direct/indirect cost invoicing, controls, and monthly reporting.
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract oversight for telecom and voice services.
• Manage TEOCO platform budgeting, administration, and reporting.
• Drive transition activities and SOC control oversight in collaboration with internal audit.
