Job summary

US Anesthesia Partners seeks a Sr Director of Technology and Delivery to lead IT clinical business-solution delivery. You will translate roadmaps into actionable plans, drive automation and platform development, and partner with architecture to ensure secure, scalable solutions across the portfolio.

You will oversee delivery governance, vendor management, and a high-performing team while maintaining rigorous SDLC practices and measurable outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, software engineering, application development, automation, platform operations, or application support.
• 7+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated accountability for a significant application or technology portfolio, including delivery, operations, budgets, vendors, workforce planning, and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Healthcare technology experience, including clinical, revenue cycle, or other regulated platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, platform modernization, vendor implementations, operating model development, SAFe Agile leadership, and organizational change is preferred.
• Seasoned technical and people leader with demonstrated success owning enterprise application delivery and operations in a complex, highly regulated environment.
• Deep knowledge of application development, automation, integrations, APIs, cloud and hosted platforms, DevOps, testing, release management, observability, and production support.
• Ability to translate strategy and business priorities into practical delivery plans and to hold teams accountable for measurable commitments and outcomes.
• Strong command of portfolio, program, project, financial, resource, vendor, risk, and service management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution, operational performance, delivery governance, and escalation management across the technical portfolio.
• Lead application development, automation, platform development, integration delivery, release management, and application support for clinical business solutions.
• Partner with solution management to translate business strategies and roadmaps into executable delivery plans with milestones and staffing.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and solution architect to ensure compliance with architecture, security, data, and integration standards.
• Establish and operate a consistent software development lifecycle using Agile, DevOps, testing, change control, release, and quality assurance practices.
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk assessment, and escalation of material delivery constraints.
