Job summary

Optimum Platform in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a Director of Technology & Business Systems to lead enterprise tech, security, and automation across the platform and clinical groups. You will own the technology roadmap, governance, and the integrations that connect patient access, scheduling, reporting, and operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Google Workspace expertise, API-driven connectivity, and a track record of delivering measurable value through automation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology, business systems, cloud administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related functions.
• 3+ years leading a broad technology function, team, portfolio, or major cross-functional program.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a practical 12- to 24-month technology roadmap aligned with patient access, operations, growth, financial priorities and risk.
• Translate technical complexity into clear executive decisions: one issue, three viable options and one recommendation.
• Communicate risks, incidents, progress and changes before they surprise leadership or users.
• Own enterprise application portfolio, including system ownership, permissions, costs, renewals, integrations, recovery and lifecycle recommendations.
