Bellwether Coffee seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead the Diagnostics and on-site coordination for our Berkeley HQ. You will define standards, manage the team, and drive performance with a data-driven mindset. Collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Finance is essential to balance cost and customer outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience in electromechanical service, remote diagnostics, and strong leadership to scale our service function nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in technical service or field service for commercial equipment.
• Experience building or scaling a service function.
• Data-driven with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services team across remote diagnosis and on-site coordination.
• Define the operating standards for the team and documentation for each case.
• Set service targets, monitor performance, and report to leadership.
• Develop the team through coaching and cross-training.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Finance on escalations and feedback.
