Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Director, Business Technology Strategy to serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and Digital, strategically aligning divisional technology needs to our eight Digital Core Platforms and digital standards. This leader will oversee a team of Director-level Technical Specialists and ensure that programs reinforce the enterprise platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of leadership in technology strategy or large-scale programs.
• Experience aligning divisional technology needs with enterprise platforms and standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop senior technical talent, including directors.
• Experience advising senior business/Digital leaders on technology direction and trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, digital standards, cloud, data integration, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate divisional technology direction and platform adoption.
• Align programs and projects to enterprise platforms and standards from inception.
• Oversee Director-level Technical Specialists and ARB governance.
• Communicate clearly with senior leaders and build cross-division collaboration.
• Ensure reliability, security, and documentation across divisional tech portfolios.
