Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/info systems or related field with 12+ years leadership.
• Experience leading the technology strategy and delivery of multiple concurrent programs.
• Proven ability to develop senior technical talent, including architects and engineers.
• Experience advising senior leaders on technology direction, priorities, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the connected technology strategy across eight Digital Core Platforms.
• Lead ELT-level AI programs with clear owners and delivery models.
• Oversee Senior Technical Architects and ensure architecture quality.
• Promote reuse and platform alignment to avoid divergent solutions.
• Set governance and reporting to keep leadership informed.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
