Blue Cross Blue Shield Association seeks a Senior Director, Technology Business Partner to drive strategic alignment of technology with business goals, coordinating IT services and enterprise architecture across units. The role leads Medicare Advantage technology programs, ensures scalable, compliant solutions, and builds strong partnerships with vendors, customers, and operations to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business administration, or a related IT or management discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Required 12+ years in IT leadership roles with business partnering experience.
• 5+ years of senior management experience with strategic planning and delivering business objectives.
• 5+ years of delivering Medicare Advantage technology programs (enrollment, bid/pricing, encounter data submission, risk adjustment, Stars, utilization, care/behavioral health).
• Experience managing system integrator and vendor relationships for MA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects to meet business requirements, manage resources, budgets, risks, and deliver on time.
• Act as the main link between IT and business units to align IT strategies with goals.
• Manage daily operations of key technology capabilities, ensure reliability and optimize resources.
• Lead and mentor IT team, foster collaboration, and manage recruitment and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
