Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience designing multi-year MA architectures and reference models.
• Experience applying AI-first approaches to architecture and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture for Medicare Advantage (MA) business, defining multi-year roadmaps and standards.
• Define IT strategy and reference architectures across major domains.
• Advise senior management on architectural topics, risks and opportunities.
• Represent architecture in forums and publish whitepapers.
• Provide direction and coaching to project teams on architectural practices.
• Define and operate Architecture Assurance processes and artifacts.
• Review and approve architectural documents.
