Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Services/Manufacturing Science to lead the TS/MS function at a new API site. You will oversee small molecule, oligonucleotide manufacturing, and TS/MS labs, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards while directing strategic initiatives as part of the Site Lead Team.

Qualifications

• PhD in related science or engineering discipline is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of cGMPs and their application to manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TS/MS across site operations, including small molecule and oligonucleotide manufacturing and TS/MS lab activities.
• Shape site strategy as a member of the Site Lead Team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure validated processes, regulatory compliance, and timely technical documentation.

PhD in related science or engineering (Chemistry/Biochemistry preferred)
