Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent, influencer, or integrated marketing roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical judgment using cultural insights and audience data.
• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative self-starter with ambiguity tolerance.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with entertainment, talent, or brand partnerships.
• Leadership experience coaching teams.
• Proficiency with project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client strategy across talent, influencer, entertainment, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end deal negotiations within approved client scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain talent and creator pipelines for priority clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns across disciplines.
• Represent FlyteVu at industry events and in priority markets.
• Ensure campaigns deliver against objectives, scope, budget, and timelines.
