Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking a freelance/contract VP, Director of Media to lead strategy development and direct the media function on key accounts. You will oversee writing media plans, negotiations, and performance analyses to drive client success.

The role requires 10–12 years in an agency, deep digital fluency, and comfort with AI tools to ideate and optimize campaigns. Strong leadership and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year college education and 10–12 years in an agency.
• Deep familiarity with digital environment and consumer insights.
• Ability to translate insights into meaningful digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of qualitative measurement approaches (online and offline).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities
