Job summary

FlyteVu is seeking a Lead Strategy & Partnerships leader to translate culture and integrated marketing into talent and partnerships strategies. You will guide senior-level strategy across key accounts and collaborate with Creative, Account, Earned/PR, Social, and Production teams to elevate campaigns.

Based in the US, you will build senior relationships with talent, studios, and partners, oversee deal negotiations, and ensure programs meet objectives, scope, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent, influencer, or partnerships roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and contracts.
• Strong client relationships and executive presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical with use of audience data and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent/influencer discovery, vetting, and measurement.
• Negotiate and draft deal memos and agreements.
• Develop senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign delivery.
• Maintain talent pipelines and use intelligence tools.
• Manage on-site activation and events as needed.
