Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; postgraduate education preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in transmission and distribution technologies.
• Deep knowledge of overhead transmission line design, operation, condition assessment, and type testing.
• Extensive experience with IEEE, ASTM, IEC standards and utility specs.
• Proven consulting engineering experience and ability to secure client work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic direction across the full range of T&D testing technologies.
• Support development and execution of a business plan focused on technology advancement and market leadership.
• Lead growth opportunities and partner on new products and services.
• Collaborate with TDT department managers and senior leadership on planning and execution.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage technical staff; conduct performance reviews.
