Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Director, Suspension Manufacturing Operations in Riverside, CA to oversee welding, fabrication, shock production and warehouse operations. You will own site safety, quality, throughput and cost, and partner with Engineering, Product Management, and centralized Operations to align capabilities with company-wide standards.

You will lead, develop and retain manufacturing leaders across all shifts, drive KPI reviews, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Multi-shift leadership including safety, quality, and cost performance.
Experience with warehouse or distribution operations and inventory management.
Lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own site safety, quality, throughput, and cost outcomes across welding, fabrication, and shock production lines.
Translate brand and product strategy into reliable manufacturing execution.
Lead site operations including welding, fabrication, shock production, and warehouse.
Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and cost reduction.
Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team across shifts.
