Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Manager, Integrated Supply to lead cross-functional supply, transportation, distribution and production planning in Hollywood or Tampa. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize transportation costs, and mentor a team while partnering with suppliers and carriers to meet customer demand.

Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field; 3–5 years in transportation/logistics; SAP/TMS experience; strong leadership and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of transportation and logistics management experience.
• Experience in carrier management and process optimization is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of transportation operations and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and TMS/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, operations and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement transportation and logistics plans to move goods efficiently and reduce costs.
• Oversee transportation function, including carrier selection, rate negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Use data analytics to generate insights, KPIs and regular reports on transportation performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of transportation and logistics professionals.
