Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain for Distribution & Logistics across the U.S. This role will lead assessments, design transformation plans, and drive cost and service improvements in PEPI engagements.

The position requires extensive experience in distribution/logistics, inventory optimization, and 3PL sourcing, with strong leadership and client‑facing skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of combined consulting and industry operating experience.
• Deep expertise in distribution and logistics network optimization.
• Experience with 3PL sourcing and warehousing optimization.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain assessments across manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Develop strategies to optimize cost, inventory and service levels.
• Model supply chains and evaluate network designs using tooling like Llamasoft.
• Manage client engagements and oversee delivery of high‑quality results.
