• 10 years of senior-level leadership experience managing large, diverse operational teams.
• 8 years proven higher education or comparable experience on managing highly regulated functional areas.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Demonstrates process improvement, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and drive operational excellence for ISS.
• Oversee student financial operations and enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple institutions.
• Manage budgets and funding portfolios while ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT, regulatory, legal, and academic partners to implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance across regulatory affairs and audits.
