ADP seeks a Senior Director, Strategy, to partner with ADP executives in shaping and continually refining overall corporate strategy. The role drives long-term initiatives, balancing growth opportunities with operational enhancements, and collaborates across functions to execute strategic plans.

Reporting to the DVP of Strategy and Business Development, this position is based in Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing and evaluating strategies: identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting market research and analyses to test key hypotheses, developing execution plans.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and drive long-term strategies based on fact-based analyses, focusing on growth opportunities and operational initiatives.
