Job description

We are seeking a highly self-driven individual to play an integral role in the smooth functioning of the company. The individual will be responsible for overseeing service management and driving client growth to expand our organization. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, communication, leadership, and have a deep understanding of training, learning, and development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement the company's long-term strategic plans and objectives.
  2. Assist in formulating policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and business growth.
  4. Lead initiatives to improve operations and support organizational expansion.
  5. Proactively identify and engage potential clients to expand the clientele base.
  6. Deliver high-quality training and development programs to clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  7. Engage in networking activities to establish industry connections and onboard new clients for various services.
  8. Brainstorm ideas for biannual conferences, including themes, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  9. Meet and onboard delegates, sponsors, and chairpersons for conferences.
  10. Develop business by scheduling meetings with potential clients and visiting their offices to broaden the client base.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic direction to the team.
  12. Make informed decisions regarding investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  13. Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team with clear guidance and support.
  14. Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
  15. Make strategic financial decisions to optimize profitability and shareholder value.
  16. Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork and engagement.
  17. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth and innovation.
Eligibility:
  • Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Passionate and proactive attitude.
Compensation:

A competitive increase from the last CTC of the candidate. (Should not be a barrier for deserving candidates.)

Working Hours and Norms:

The working week is 6 days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM). Second and fourth Saturdays are holidays. This is a work-from-home position; candidates must be located near Delhi or within the Delhi NCR region.
