Job summary

AbbVie in the US is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management to lead the long-term portfolio strategy across Therapeutic Areas. You will partner with the TA VP and TEC to optimize asset value and align development plans with the overall TA strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD or MBA) is highly preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with portfolio/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead TEC agenda and long-term TA strategy with TA VP and TEC members.
• Advise ADTs to align Playbook with TA strategy and targets.
• Partner with Business Development as co-lead of Therapy Assessment Teams.
• Provide input into Disease Opportunity Profiles and TA investment thesis.
• Coordinate external collaborations to advance portfolio value and outcomes.
• Drive planning and portfolio documentation with DSG, Commercial and R&D.
