Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic management consulting, retail, or consumer products.
• Proven track record as a strong problem-solver and strategic thinker.
• Ability to identify key issues quickly and frame actionable hypotheses.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior executives; strong deck writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Serve as PMO for Store Operations, integrating cross-functional work streams across initiatives.
• Coordinate interdependencies and sequencing across programs for visibility and impact.
• Distill large information into clear executive-level insights and communications.
• Lead high-visibility projects and respond to urgent executive requests.
• Maintain agendas, decision forums, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
