Responsibilities

• Oversee Workforce Development and Enterprise Operations (including programs listed) and own financial performance and outcomes.
• Lead contract performance and administration across government, school districts, and partnerships.
• Drive growth through new contracts, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Establish operating standards for staffing, service delivery, safety, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting to senior leadership.
