Job summary

Arm is seeking a SoC Engineering Leader to direct a diverse team responsible for architecture and verified designs for power and clocking. You will lead global teams, prototype and develop SOC level clock, reset, power and thermal management architectures to optimize resource use.

As a senior leader, you will work with partners and internal software teams, drive requirements, explorations, and post-silicon bring-up to deliver high-quality, power-efficient SOC products in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; master’s preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in SoC architecture and hardware design.
• 5+ years architecting, developing and delivering clock, reset, power and thermal solutions.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a global multi-functional team and external partners.
• Ability to synthesize diverse requirements into an optimized SOC architecture.
• Deep knowledge of power, thermal and electrical limits management, DVFS, power gating, voltage regulation, digital clocking, reset, SCMI/PCSA/ACPI.

Responsibilities

• Direct architecture and verified designs for power and clocking.
• Lead global multi-functional teams and coordinate with partners and external suppliers.
• Oversee requirements gathering, prototyping, and SOC level clock, reset, power and thermal management architecture.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, power-efficient SOC products in a dynamic environment.
